The T Shirt will shrink about 3-5% with the first wash but will expand again when you wear it. Buy your normal size, since they sized them a bit more relaxed to make room for the natural shrinkage.

CARE
The wool has natural oils and is self cleaning. Just hang it outside in fresh air for a night. If you still want to maschine wash it wash at 30 degrees wool cycle in a half full maschine and use wool detergent.
