Items bought in the online store, can be exchanged or refunded for 14 days from the day of delivery.

Feel free to come by the physical store to make your exchange easier. Remember to bring documentation of purchase.

To be eligible for a 100% refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is used you will receive a reduced refund.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

We happily exchange or refund an item within 14 days of delivery (longer during december - see top of page). We can only offer a 100% refund if the item is unused.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If 14 days have passed, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at shop@brund.dk first. The item should be sent to: Nordre Frihavnsgade 49 Copenhagen Ø DK 2100.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nordre Frihavnsgade 49 Copenhagen Ø DK 2100. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number and instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are exchanging an item to another, no additional shipping costs will be added the first time. If you wish to exchange an item a second time, shipping costs will be added for both second and third shipping.

If you are shipping an item over DKK 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
