Our 20th anniversary jumper is Inspired by team outfits of sailing teams and pitstop crews... 

Often sailors wear hats and sweaters matching the team colors of their boats. A part of motor racing is to be visible to the crowds and for safety. Bold warning colors and striped helmets are essential.

Build on the well known U Boat jumper, the Signal Sweaters are knitted in Germany from a full kilogram of wool, making it more than a little bit substantial, and perfect for the depths of winter. The heavy 5-gauge knit retains heat well, but also gives the jumper a rich texture that is unmistakable Heimat.

Elsewhere, all the usual details are in place signature knitted stripes on the cuffs and hem, handsewn collar and sleeves, and a classic shape based on vintage pieces we have found on our travels.

The natural oils in the yarn mean it has self-cleaning and water-resistant properties.
